Neil Mulligan

Neil is new to JP Carroll Construction and will serve as one of our salesmen. Prior to coming here, Neil gained over 12 years of experience in the roofing industry and is fantastic at helping customers with any insurance roof claim help they may need. Outside of the office, Neil enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
