Great operation! From sales to installation you are taken care of. Really appreciate the hands on approach with the PM that was so accessible and ready to keep me informed. The coolest part though is when they told me any damage or loose tiles I call them and I’m covered for probably the rest of my life.

Couldn’t be happier with a job well done. Workers covered shrubs and lawn completely and with care not to destroy anything. The team lead explained all the steps they would be taking and would take photos of everything they find. When they left you couldn’t tell they were ever there. Awesome job.

Steven Romano PM and Crew Miguel were great. They kept me informed of progress and everything going on while I was at work. Everything explained prior is what was done and no hidden things or misquotes were done. They completed the job effectively and quickly and were very precise. The cleanup was especially nice as I have 3 young children who play outside they made sure everything was spotless and it all started from the prep of making sure drop zones for debris were covered. Definitely will recommend and use them for service again. Very responsive to all needs and everything else to create a complete customer experience. Thanks again and I will be promoting your business whenever I hear someone needs work done.

I just had my roof done by JP Carrolland I am very happy with the results. Project Manager Mike Consolini showed at 0700 and his crew work hard thru out the day. They had the job done in the two days as promised as they were not only doing my house but also my garage. Would strongly recommend JP Carroll for all your roofing jobs.

We have a lot of roof, so a large crew arrived on time and worked professional and efficiently, completing the roof in one day. The crew did a great job cleaning up the work area around the house, leaving it looking better than when they arrived. Two days later the gutters were installed quickly and look great. John Goetz (sales mgr & Kevin Campbell (project mgr)is exceptional.My roof was replaced and workmanship was superb.Recommend this company anytime.They say what they do & do exactly what they say.

I really appreciate the fact that John Goetz isn’t your typical sales mgr he’s for us the people and pricing is DOABLE that I was able to pay without credit.Loved how Keith Campbell the project mgr was here every step of the way with the laborers making SURE the job is well done and up to code.The clean up was also outstanding every bits and pieces nails etc.etc.etc was removed from the ground.Am so happy I chosed JP CARROLL ROOFING.

JP Carroll Roofing Project Manager, Mike Chase and Anthony Lacafta are true experts at managing our roofing project. On the scheduled day of the project, Mike arrived very early in the morning to ensure the delivery of the dumpster, shingles, etc., prior to his teams arrival between 7- 7:30 am to begin working. Mike and his workers reviewed the project prior to starting. They took precautions to protect our property, shrubs and flowers. We’re so impressed with their organization, coordination and communication skills with not only his workers, but with us as well, every step of the way. They gave us piece of mind. We completely trusted Mike’s and Anthony’s attention to detail, identifying damage and needed repairs. As project manager, Mike was on site throughout the entire project with Anthony’s assistance. The clean up was very thorough. The dumpster was picked up the next morning. They did a phenomenal job! I would give them a 10! We will definitely have them back to do our garage roof. A big thank you to Mike, Anthony and their amazing team of hard workers!! 👏💫

They came out to evaluate my gutter/roof issue. They brought out a drone to take some Birds Eye shots of the area and found the underlying cause which revealed a very minor issue. Had a great conversation and was instructed to hire a handyman or gutter company to fix the issue rather than meet their companies minimum requirement. I thoroughly appreciated the time, effort, and insights that were provided free of charge!
