Our house is ranch style with several gables and pitches so the roof replacement was projected to take more than a day. Mike was very helpful, kept us informed throughout the day and answered our questions to our satisfaction. On the hottest day of the year so far, Manuel’s crew “over delivered” by pushing ahead and completing the project in a day. All landscaping and the lawn were protected and cleanup was meticulous. We highly recommend JP Carrol, especially Mike and Manuel’s crew.

JP Carroll is presently reroofing 14 buildings in my West Hartford condominium complex with the 3rd building being completed now. All work is being done with a high degree of professionalism and concern for the safety of the residents. The.project is picked up at the end of every day. The highly efficient crew is a pleasure to watch. JP Carroll’s foreman Mike Consolini keeps us informed any issues.through our property manager.

I really wanted to leave a five star review. That’s one of the reasons why I hired JP Carroll to replace my roof. After an initial concern over communication, JP Carroll reached out to me and pledged to earn my trust again.
I first reached out to JP Carroll and submitted a form for a free estimate. I was contacted quickly and set up an appointment. The salesperson was phenomenal. He took me through all of the steps of roofing explaining the different options I would have and how those options would benefit me. We discussed the five star overall review as well. He explained how much care went into the job site and even used a phrase that was something like, “when we finish, you and your neighbors will never know we were there.” I appreciated this as I share a driveway that’s pretty close to my neighbors and wouldn’t want them to get a flat tire because I had the roof done.
At the end of the appointment, I received a quote that was within my range and although I could have probably found it cheaper, I decided on JP Carroll. I took advantage of the discount for signing the contract that night and went through their financing option too.
A few days later, I received a call from them to set up the appointment. I was able to arrange for the work to be done while I was away for work. This was very convenient for me. I was in Europe the day the work began and received a few text messages with updates along the way. At the end of the night, I received photos of the finished roof. Everything looked good and I was very pleased overall.
When I returned home and saw the roof, I was still very happy with everything. It was a huge investment and I was more than content with the work and their ability to work within my schedule.
As mentioned previously, this is an updated review. When I first arrived home and looked at the work, everything seemed great. There were a few small issues that, had I been home, might not have come to pass. I had trouble, at first, in being able to communicate with JP Carroll and that predicated my initial review. After posting, they made contact with me and apologized for the communication issues as well as the small issues with the finished work (all based on cleanup). They assured me that they will do better in the future and have pledged to make it right moving forward. Having a warranty with this company, their outreach really does mean a lot to me. In the end, I’m glad I chose to work with JP Carroll and recommend them to anyone seeking roof repair or replacement.

JP Carroll and their team of professionals are the best! Jack Carroll really takes care of his customers. I had one small shingle that was gone from the top of my 12 year old roof and they came out to fix it pronto. I wouldn’t call anyone else!

Very satisfying experience! That is why chose Carroll Roofing. They stand by their work and promises. A miscommunication meant that the crew had to come back and fix a minor problem. Under Project Manager Alex’s direction, the crew came back promptly and fixed the problem quickly to my satisfaction!
From the sale, to material staging ( i.e. shingles and dumpster delivery) to doing the roof replacement to clean-up, everything was fully communicated and done professionally!
