The roofing job was a big purchase for us. To top it off the guys had to deal with extreme heat conditions. All said Alex and crew did a great job. The job took three days from start to the final clean up a dumpster removal. It is hard to predict what will happen to the roof in the next few years but we are confident that the job was well done.

Joe Marinone and Jake were here first thing on yet another heat wave day to inspect my garage roof after a neighbor’s tree branch fell on it. They were friendly, polite, and efficient. They inspected the shingles and even pointed out minor damage to the siding and offered to fix it before determining the siding was still sound. I loved the roofing job JP Carroll did on my main house roof last fall, so I turned to them after the tree branch hit my garage. They were honest and didn’t try to sell me on a needless roof repair. This affirms my appreciation for this great roofing company and for Joe and Jake especially this morning. Thanks so much guys! Thanks JP Carroll. I was part of a complete roofing renovation at my condominium complex. They did a great job from beginning to end. Always cleaned up and kept things contained throughout the job. The roofers are such hard workers..in this heat I don’t know how they do it. Michael was on the job every day overseeing any questions that might come up..what a project manager should be. And..the roofs look GREAT!

We recently had our roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. When Matthew came to inspect the roof (which another company had installed incorrectly), he took the time to explain each issue in detail. The options for replacement were clearly outlined. On the day of installation, Steven (the project manager) was incredibly organized, communicative, and always available to answer questions. He kept everything on track and made sure each detail was handled with care. We highly recommend JP Carroll-and especially Steven-for any roofing project!

I have decided to take a few days to give my review because I wanted to give a sincere one. I give Alex Feliciano and the crew five stars of satisfaction with the whole process. From the beginning Alex listen, accessed and honestly gave a thorough explanation of the condition of the roof. I agreed and went through with the company JP Carroll Roofing. The crew came in when they said stripped, replaced materials where it was needed and completed their job as mentioned. They also cleaned up the mess at the end.

JP Carroll Roofing is an exceptionally professionally managed company from top to bottom. Our experience was consistently positive throughout the process, which was remarkably short due to the expedited turnaround. We scheduled a meeting with a representative within two business days, and the roof was completed four business days later. We now enjoy the assurance that our roof is under warranty for the next 40 years, which can be transferred to any new owners should we decide to sell the house.

A very professional experience from the initial call setting up the estimate, the estimate process itself, scheduling through the office, and one day installation lead by the foreman Mike. Arrived on time and thoroughly removed the old roofing and completed the install in an efficient manner. They even helped me out by putting back some flashing that had come down in a recent storm.
