Very satisfying experience! That is why chose Carroll Roofing. They stand by their work and promises. A miscommunication meant that the crew had to come back and fix a minor problem. Under Project Manager Alex’s direction, the crew came back promptly and fixed the problem quickly to my satisfaction!
From the sale, to material staging ( i.e. shingles and dumpster delivery) to doing the roof replacement to clean-up, everything was fully communicated and done professionally!

This company is the real deal. The first phase for our roof replacement was meeting with James for an overall evaluation. Our meeting lasted 3 hours. James did a thorough inspection of our roof. There was no sales pitch pressure. He explained materials, quality and made recommendations. He also went through the entire process for our roof repair. James is the best. On the day of the roof replacement, Josh the project manager was at my house at 6:30 am. He explained the process and what was going to happen. The crew arrived early and were very efficient with their work. They were amazing from start to finish. Cleanup was unbelievable. They left my property as if nothing was done. Josh was just fantastic. He answered all my questions throughout the day. My wife and I are extremely happy with the outcome. If you need or thinking of a roof replacement, this company has it all. I will not hesitate to recommend JP Carroll. A 5 star company. Thank you 👍👍👍👍
