I want to thank the whole crew of JP Carroll Roofing for working so hard on replacing my roof on a humid day. Thanks to Mike, the project manager, for answering my questions during the job as well ad removing the dumpster after-hours since everything was pushed back due to rain. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I have decided to take a few days to give my review because I wanted to give a sincere one. I give Alex Feliciano and the crew five stars of satisfaction with the whole process. From the beginning Alex listen, accessed and honestly gave a thorough explanation of the condition of the roof. I agreed and went through with the company JP Carroll Roofing. The crew came in when they said stripped, replaced materials where it was needed and completed their job as mentioned. They also cleaned up the mess at the end.

JP Carroll Roofing is an exceptionally professionally managed company from top to bottom. Our experience was consistently positive throughout the process, which was remarkably short due to the expedited turnaround. We scheduled a meeting with a representative within two business days, and the roof was completed four business days later. We now enjoy the assurance that our roof is under warranty for the next 40 years, which can be transferred to any new owners should we decide to sell the house.
JP Carroll Roofing utilizes only the highest quality materials and can be relied upon to avoid compromising on quality during installation. The job was completed in six hours on a full-sized roof with steep pitches and high elevation. A team of roofers moved swiftly and efficiently, leaving no trace of their work. All nails and debris were removed from the area, which is crucial for pet owners. I wholeheartedly recommend JP Carroll Roofing as your roofing contractor.

My chimney needed new flashing. Lee and Richie led the crew and did a great job. Very professional, explained everything thoroughly and the work came out great. I would definitely recommend them for roof related work and will use them again.

A very professional experience from the initial call setting up the estimate, the estimate process itself, scheduling through the office, and one day installation lead by the foreman Mike. Arrived on time and thoroughly removed the old roofing and completed the install in an efficient manner. They even helped me out by putting back some flashing that had come down in a recent storm.

Jim, my project manager was great, and the reason for 5 stars. He explain each step along the way, he took pictures of each step so I could actually see for myself. We had an appointment with kevin from jp carroll last evening, kevin was awesome! Had a great time talking about our roof ,showed us a video and pics of our roof ( horrible shape btw) and gave us an awesome price for the work. We will be going with this company because of a great product and the fact that they offered the ridge venting we where looking for, but also because Kevin was very knowledgable about the work and just all around great.

Our house is ranch style with several gables and pitches so the roof replacement was projected to take more than a day. Mike was very helpful, kept us informed throughout the day and answered our questions to our satisfaction. On the hottest day of the year so far, Manuel’s crew “over delivered” by pushing ahead and completing the project in a day. All landscaping and the lawn were protected and cleanup was meticulous. We highly recommend JP Carrol, especially Mike and Manuel’s crew.
