From start to finish it was a pleasure to have the J P Carroll team address my roof repair. Kevin, the onsite project manager, and Miguel and his crew were incredibly professional, efficient, and experts at what they do. Even the clean up was amazing, very high caliber in every way.

Such a great experience! They came out right away for a roof inspection after I had a few leaks. They were not pushy at all, laid out all the options, and gave me all of the information I needed to make the right decision for me. I ended up getting a full roof installation, which they completely in 1 day (installation, clean up, and everything). So professional & friendly. James was the sales rep and he went over the job in detail. He explained the entire project and provided a reasonable price.
Steve was the project manager and he was on site all day with the crew and kept everything running smoothly. He ensured a thorough cleanup and the crew used magnetic sweepers to find and remove nails.

My experience was seamless. The project manager kept in constant contact with me before the project, told me exactly what to expect , kept me updated throughout the day of the project and walked me through to make sure I was completely satisfied at the ending of the project. Amazing efficient transformation of my roof! Mike C and Steve D were excellent project managers. The crew was respectful of the property. Not one plant or garden damaged in any way. Clean- up by them left my yard looking better than when they started.

Kevin and his team were efficient, clean, and quick. Our roof was stripped and replaced in one day and the new roof looks beautiful. We were very pleased with their performance and professionalism!!

We just had our roof replaced today by JP Carroll Roofing and we are extremely happy after the work was completed. First, I want to give hats off to James Amayi-Kelley who did the initial roof inspection. He was very thorough and friendly. He took his time to explain things to me and answered all my questions. The crew showed up at the scheduled time. The workers were awesome. Never seen a bunch of hard workers like them. Second, I want to thank Project Manager Mike Consolini who made sure everything went smooth. He kept me informed throughout the project and constantly sent pictures along the way, so I knew what was getting done. Lastly, I want to thank Lee Magowan, the Quality Control Manager who showed up to make sure that I was happy with the work and the quality of the product. After all that is said and done, I have an awesome new roof and you cannot tell that I even had roofers here because they did a great job cleaning up. So I recommend without any reservations, if you’re looking to have your roof done and you want it done by professionals who are friendly and knowledgeable and have and outstanding product go with JP Carroll Roofing
