Our experience with JP Carroll from the quotation phase to project completion was very positive. Company reps came to our house within a few days of requesting a quote. They did a thorough inspection on the roof and in the attic, gave us advice on how to correct some damage to the roof and offered several options based on quality of materials used, type of warranty, etc. After we agreed on scope and price, the project was scheduled to fit our calendar.
The shingles were delivered as promised on Friday before the project start and unloaded in the exact area identified by us. The project supervisors (Mike and Steve) and crew (led by Manuel) arrived promptly at 7am the following Monday. The crew arrived with several trucks and trailers and had all required equipment and supplies to finish the job.
The crew was safety conscious, focused on their work and strived to complete the project in one day…which they did. Measures were taken to protect flower beds, deck and other areas near the house. The crew cleaned up very well after the project was done. We haven’t found one rogue nail.
Communication with Project Supervisors was excellent. Whenever they had question, they quickly contacted us to clear up any ambiguities. They also kept us posted on progress throughout the day.
Workmanship was exceptional. We had no comments when we did the final walk-around inspection.
We definitely recommend JP Carroll for your roofing needs.

I met with multiple roofing companies prior to going with JP Carroll. I tend to research and overanalyze everything, so it was refreshing to have my questions answered almost before I asked them. They knew all issues with an older cape and came up with a great plan of attack. Highly recommend JP Carroll for you roofing needs. Every step of the way was handled professionally. I honestly don’t know where to begin on how satisfied & happy I am with the professionalism & honesty of this company. Everyone I interacted or spoke to on the phone was courteous and knowledgeable. Kevin met with me on a weekend & broke down the process & scope of work I needed. He took his time & put absolutely no pressure on me to sign on the dotted line! Ashley whom set up my appointment was kind & answered all questions I had related to the project. Mike & Irvin the two project managers were outstanding guys! They kept me informed from the beginning to the end of the project giving me peace of mind as I was away from the home for work.The completion of the roof has definitely brought new life to the appearance of the house. The team also left my property free of ANY debris. Truly amazing work! I would highly recommend & I will use JP Caroll for all future projects I may need. Could not he happier with the entire process. Needless to say roof replacement was project I put off and put off. The initial consultant estimator was straightforward and gave us honest appraisal compared to some others we had gotten. Provided multiple options and some very good payment options. When the day came for the project Alex our project manager called me the night before and then was on the job the entire day of the replacement. We had a cupola that had to be removed and some repair work done and they took care of that as well. Alex and his team were more than professional and did outstanding job on the roof. Start to finish with complete cleanup in one day.

I interviewed a few different companies for this roofing job. Their prices and plans were similar, but I chose JP Carroll due to their options and detailed presentation without any pressure.
I was not disappointed. Alex Feliciano was the project manager and he takes customer care and thorough work seriously. He called the day before to provide details and take my questions. He arrived promptly to do a walk through and answer more questions. He kept me posted throughout the job and did a review afterwards. The crew worked nonstop, taking only 1 break. Working with this team took some of the pain out of the cost of a new roof; and my new roof is absolutely beautiful.

These 5 stars are specifically for Alex Feliciano (roofing) and Desmen Restrepo (gutters). My house went from looking rough to looking brand new. Not only were they both incredibly professional, they were personable and hardworking. The roofing team worked so well together and finished in record time. Desmen came alone and I couldn’t believe his craftsmanship. Overall, it was pleasant to see such knowledgeable individuals work together. I appreciate everyone’s time spent and how they navigated through any hiccups.

JP Carroll Roofing was amazing! Mike Chase and his crew were incredibly efficient, attentive and easy to work with! They completed our complex roof job in one day, including the turret! When they were done they cleaned up the yard 100%, even running a magnet over the entire area looking for extra nails. I highly recommend them!
